Above the Net is pleased to share some exciting news with our loyal followers and supporters. In just a little over a year, Above the Net has added a National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) chapter to its credits. After completing a rigorous enrollment application and outlining a strategic youth tennis and educational plan, The United States Tennis Association Foundation (USTAF) gave Above the Net (ATN) the green light to join the NJTL network. This is a tremendous opportunity for Henry County. As an NJTL chapter, Above the Net, will be able to deliver free or low-cost tennis and educational programming to underserved youth in Henry County with the support of USTAF. Above the Net will be amongst a select group of youth organizations entrusted to deliver top-quality programs following the original goals established some fifty-three years ago by tennis great and NJTL founder, Arthur Ashe. Above the Net considers it a privilege and an honor to bring Arthur Ashe’s vision to Henry County. This Chapter will have a profound impact not only on the youth served, but also on the entire community.
